SilkRemote is made by Tavyr AI Technologies ("we"). This page explains what we collect and why.
Your sessions
Your screen, sound, keystrokes and clipboard never reach us in readable form. Sessions are end-to-end encrypted between your devices (ECDH P-256 key exchange, AES-256-GCM). Whenever possible your devices connect directly to each other; when the SilkRemote relay carries a session, it forwards encrypted bytes it has no key for.
What we store
- Your account: name, email address and profile picture from your Tavyr account (Google sign-in), used to sign you in and to show your downloads and license.
- Purchases: plan, amount, date and the payment reference from Razorpay, our payment provider. Razorpay handles card, UPI and bank details; we never see them.
- Your license: its id, email, expiry and the computers that use it with the relay.
- Computers using the service: each computer's public key id, the name it reports (for example "Mac mini"), when it was first and last online, and how much relay traffic it used.
- Downloads: which app you downloaded and when.
What we don't do
We don't sell data, use it for advertising, or share it except with the providers that run the service (hosting, payments, email) under contracts that limit them to that purpose.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, at privacy@silkremote.com. Deleting your account ends any Pro license on it.
